Robson Square is open for free public skating from March 8–21.

• Hours: Noon to 9 p.m., weather permitting.
  
  

Open 24 hours during 24-hour Paralympic Torch Relay! 

Public skate will be open throughout the 24-hour relay. This means we will be open from noon on Thursday, Mar. 11 until 9 p.m. on Friday, Mar. 12.

Within this time frame we will be have some exciting sport demonstrations:

1. Mar. 11: 3 – 4 p.m. – Blind Hockey Sport Demonstration
2. Mar. 12: 9 – 10:15 a.m. – Sledge Hockey Sport Demonstration
3. Mar. 12: 12 – 1 p.m. – Wheelchair Curling Sport Demonstration

During the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games, the ice rink may be closed for short periods of time for cleaning, regular maintenance or special performances.

Rental Information

• Skate Rentals: $3
• Helmet Rentals: $2 (Free and mandatory for kids 12 and under)
